SUMMARY:Women's Sound Circle
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Women’s Sound & Stone Circle! \nRelease\, relax\, and rejuvenate! Come to this sound bath and experience resonant vibrations from gongs\, singing bowls\, wave drum\, chimes\, traditional hoop drum\, and more. Gently transition from the tensions of everyday life to a relaxed\, meditative state where insights are more accessible\, and your body’s innate healing processes can work more effectively. \nThis sound journey will include space to get settled\, intentional stone & crystal placement\, and guidance with breathing followed by a sound journey of 1 to 1.5 hours\, ending with a guided gratitude practice. There will then be time to share\, if you wish. Mats and eye masks are provided. Wear comfortable clothing. \nFacilitated by Karen Reckinger:  When  Karen was first introduced to sound healing in the early 2000’s\, she was struck by the tangible way she could feel her vibration after attending sound sessions\, and how the feeling of being ‘tuned-up’ mentally\, emotionally\, and spiritually stayed with her.  Since then\, her life’s journey has brought her to a place of providing sound for others.  Guided by intuition\, ear\, and an innate empathic nature\, she provides layers of instrumentation intended to invoke a deep meditative journey; working to help others relax\, release\, and gain insights. Use of stones and crystals\, along with sound therapy\, enhances the properties of both of these modalities.  Karen has been working with sound healing instruments since 2015\, and is certified through the Sound Healing Academy. \nRSVP (room for 16)\nMore info on Sound Baths \nFree Will Offering – ($5 to $80 is customary)
