DESCRIPTION:Intentional Sound Series\nTheme: Grounding; Out of the Head & Into the Body \nParticipate in a meditative sound bath featuring gongs\, crystal bowls\, and other instruments. Mats and eye masks\, as well as stones & crystals to aid meditation are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.\nPractice includes: setting intention\, breath work\, visualization\, and vocalization \nFacilitator; Edward Schultz began playing music at age 5. That study and practice supports his intuitive process while working in the rudiments of Vedic Sound Therapy.
