our mission
The purpose of Life Elemental is to support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being through opportunities for meditation, nature immersion, and retreats. This, along with guidance in establishing and maintaining healthy life practices, helps participants learn to navigate their lives in ways that support physical health, peace of mind, a feeling of contentment, and a sense of meaning or purpose.
Location
Life Elemental is located on 40 acres of wild forest and prairie, with maintained trails that offer opportunities for walking meditation, stillness, integration, and tranquility. This land is also dotted with buildings that support our offerings, such as the Sauna, Sound Healing Cottage, and HillTop Cabin.
