Retreat Schedule
Two to Four Weeks Before the Retreat
We recommend a phone conversation with each person attending, to hone intention, and suggest preliminary work to begin opening up to that intention.
Evening Prior
The retreats are three very full days. If you are coming from some distance, you may want to arrive in the afternoon or evening of the prior day; and you are also welcome to depart the morning after. We strive to offer flexibility based on participant’s needs.
The evening before the retreat starts, the community kitchen will be set up, and you may mingle with others there and share mealtime if you wish.
Bring your own food. Help yourself to the grill with sideburner, and the basic supplies that are included (cookware, tableware, olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee press, etc.). If you have something to share, great. If not, that’s fine too.
Day 1
- 7:00 a.m. – Opening Circle at Sweat Hut, followed by ‘Sweating In’ – Early Morning Sweat (sweating on the Earth with fire warmed stones)
- Daytime meals – feed yourself/family/friends. The community kitchen is always available.
- Sound Sessions: (Please arrive 10 minutes early to sound sessions)
- 10:30 a.m. – 60 minutes
- 2:30 p.m. – 60 minutes
- Evening meal – Gather in the community kitchen at 5ish to share evening mealtime. Bring your own food. Help yourself to the grill. If you have something to share, great. If not, that’s fine too.
- Meet at the Fire Circle – Fire Invited at 7:00 p.m. Release Fire – to support personal and/or group intention (Give to the Fire that which no longer serves in a healthy way
Day 2
- 8:30-9:30 a.m. – Nature Immersion – Walk trails, find a place, sit and journal.
- Daytime meals – feed yourself/family/friends. The community kitchen is always available.
- Sound Sessions: (Please arrive 10 minutes early to sound sessions)
- 10 a.m. – 60 minutes
- 2:30 p.m. – 60 minutes
- Evening meal – Gather in the community kitchen at 5ish to share evening mealtime. Bring your own food. Help yourself to the grill. If you have something to share, great. If not, that’s fine too.
- Meet at the Fire Circle – Fire Invited at 7:00 p.m. Fire of Invitation – to support personal and/or group intention.
Day 3
- 8:30-9:30: Nature Immersion – Walk trails, find a place, sit and journal.
- Daytime meals – feed yourself/family/friends. The community kitchen is always available.

- 10 a.m. – 60 minutes
- 2 p.m. – 60 minutes
- 4:00 p.m. – Sweating Out – Evening Sweat (sweating on the Earth with fire warmed stones)
- Evening meal – Gather in the community kitchen post sweat, to share an evening meal. Bring your own food. Help yourself to the grill. If you have something to share, great. If not, that’s fine too.
- Closing Circle honoring growth and transformation
- After Closing Circle and/or Next Morning:
- Break Camp
- Big Hugs/FareWells/Love
