Sound Meditation Sessions
Relax and release with a Sound Meditation Session featuring instrumentation from gongs, crystal bowls, wave drum, chimes and more. Mats and eye masks are provided, and personalized crystal & stone placement is also offered.

Group Retreats
Renew with three days immersed in nature. Engage in sound sessions, intentional fires, sauna, and an outdoor community kitchen.
Join an existing open group, or invite your friends or family for your own private holistic wellness retreat.
Hilltop Cabin
The HillTop Cabin is solar-powered and nestled up the hill from our other offerings, in a more private location. The cabin can host one to two people, and lodging may be scheduled for 2 to 28 days.
Cabin includes a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and utensils; full size bed; a deck; composting toilets; detached shower with water heater, and a firepit.
Center Cabin
This cabin is located near our Sound Healing Cottage and Sauna. It provides an on-site space for 1 or 2 people to stay when participating in Life Elemental offerings. Lodging may be scheduled for 1 to 3 nights.
Cabin includes a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and utensils; a full size bed; and access to an outhouse with composting toilet.
