Group Holistic Wellness Retreat

Release and Renew while nestled in the serene hills of the Beautiful Driftless Area of Wisconsin. Over the course of three days, you will experience the restorative benefits of sound through 2 immersive sound baths per day, along with quiet walks, journaling, nature immersion, ceremonial fires to support your intentions, and an opening and closing sweat (sweating on the Earth with fire warmed stones). Holistic guidance is available to support your journey of personal growth and healing.

Lodging: Two cabins that can host 1-2 people each, along with space for camping.
