The Practice:
1) Acknowledgement: Know the sense of Loss, Sadness, Emptiness, and Attachment
2) Acceptance: Taking responsibility for our relationship with the present
3) Self-realization: Realizing our Spiritual path, that living in the Present means allowing the
lessons to unfold
What to expect: Participate in a meditative sound bath featuring gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments. Mats and eye masks, as well as stones & crystals to aid meditation are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Practice includes: setting intention, breath work, visualization, and vocalization
Facilitator; Edward Schultz began playing music at age 5. That study and practice supports his intuitive process while working in the rudiments of Vedic Sound Therapy. Over the past 10 years, working with Symphonic Gong, Hoop Drum, Chimes, Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drum, Monolina and other instruments, he has helped hundreds of people to release stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
